Morgan, president of Fulcrum ConsultingWorks, Inc., has more than 25 years of experience in operations, supply chain management, accounting systems, information systems, strategic planning, consulting, and academe. She served as an economist for Cleveland Trust (since acquired by KeyBank) where she used econometric modeling to forecast interest rates and other aspects of the economy. Morgan has held senior management positions with Perdue Foods, Stouffer Foods, TRW, and Precision Castparts Corporation. Owning her consulting business for more than 13 years, Morgan works with manufacturers to define and implement an operations strategy that profitably meets the needs of the markets they choose to serve.
