Currently the Managing Director of Baker, Thomsen Associates Newport Beach office, he has advised over 100 public and privatesector organizations on job analysis, compensation plan design, performance appraisal systems, supervisory and management development, organizational analysis, and the development of personnel systems. An experienced educator, he has developed and presented seminars on topics including incentive compensation, job analysis, executive compensation, performance management, and goal setting. Prior to entering consulting, Mr. Kenny was Manager of Compensation for the State of Oregon and directed compensation for Union Pacific Corporation and SeattleFirst National Bank. He has also served as an expert witness in compensation matters before U.S. Federal and California State Courts. Mr. Kenny holds a Masters Degree in Personnel and Industrial Relations from the University of Oregon.
