The program introduces practitioners to the basic fiduciary and administrative requirements of defined contribution qualified plans. This basiclevel course comprises twelve prerecorded training modules and three live, Internetbased sessions for a total of 15 hours of training. A short quiz follows each module to help reinforce the concepts learned. The final session, which is live, is a Questions & Answers Forum where youll have the opportunity to ask questions regarding any of the material covered in the training. Modules: 1) Overview of Types of Plans, Documents, Laws and Agencies 2) Eligibility 3) Vesting 4) Contributions and Allocations 5) Highly Compensated and Key Employees 6) Top Heavy Plans 7) Annual Limitations, Deductions and Trust Assets 8) Distributions 9) Death Benefits and Required Minimum Distributions 10) Participant Loans 11) 401(k) Contributions and Concepts 12) 401(k) Testing 13) Safe Harbor and SIMPLE Plans 14) Reporting and Disclosure 15) Q & A Forum Upon signing up for live modules, attendees will automatically be registered in the remaining prerecorded modules. Access to the prerecorded modules will be available after attending module 1. Access to all modules will expire 30 days after the Q & A Forum.
