MINITEX staff have designed a threepart series that covers virtual reference from concept, approach, administration, policies, marketing, vendor options, to using virtual reference, and much more. The series is broken into three 40minute webinars, each with its own focus. You can sign up for any or all sessions that are of interest. There is no prerequisite for any session, and you dont have to take them sequentially.
