This customer case study highlights the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney Generals inhouse development of solutions for BlackBerry. The IT group developed three applications: one to help them manage Help Desk Trouble tickets, another offered access to emergency contact lists and a third to give agents in the field wireless access to data stores of information on suspects, cases and a range of essential information. Their solution for BlackBerry has helped reduce response times, improved reporting, reduced laptop dependency, made communication functions user friendly and will help improve law enforcement efforts.
